Zendesk received the THAILAND’s MARTECH AWARDS 2025 in the Customer Service category, voted by businesses as the best solution to support growth, and the Customer Service category, voted by SMEs as the best solution. This survey and research was conducted in collaboration with leading Thai market research organizations Content Shifu and Hummingbirds, surveying more than 500 CEOs and Chief Marketing Officers in leading businesses of all levels in Thailand.
